  • Art Exhibition

    Mon 14 Mar 2016 K Wilkinson

On 11th March, the School Hall was converted into an art gallery for the afternoon. Every child in School had produced an original piece of art in the style of a famous artist, and these mini-masterpieces had been framed, catalogued and hung in the gallery. Parents were invited to attend the exhibition, browse the art work and, should they wish to do so, purchase their child’s work of art. The aim of the event was to develop the children’s understanding of the value of art in our lives whilst raising funds for School.Β

    Update...

The total commission earned by school was Β£246.

Thank you to everyone who purchased their child's art.
