December 'Kindness'
Fostering a culture of kindness enhances the connections made peer-to-peer and pupil to teacher. At Christchurch, we continually promote kindness in order to cultivate empathy and understanding. This strengthens relationships and develops trust which, in turn, allows learning blossom. In our school, pupils feel valued for who they are. We devote time to 'nurture' where pupils can go to express their emotions in a safe, caring environment.

From early years to Y6, pupils are taught to
show kindness in work and play.
