September 'Friendship'
We value friendship at Christchurch.
Throughout our early years curriculum, pupils are
encouraged to play alongside each to
develop long lasting friendships. Continuous provision supports the development of social skills in a caring sharing way!
Pupils are encouraged to make use of our
'Friendship Rainbow' and 'Buddy Benches'
when they are in need
of a friend or someone to play with.
Friendships between our older and younger
pupils is nurtured through our
'Seeds & Gardeners' program.
Our 'Jiggies' are always around to offer their friendship. They love to celebrate the hard work of our pupils during our weekly 'Jiggy Awards' assemblies. Each class has their own special Jiggy. You can find out more in the link below.
