Reception eating their pancakes

Shrove Tuesday (Pancake Day)
In Reception we celebrated ‘pancake day’ by of course, ‘eating pancakes’. Before we could tuck in Mrs Harrison explained why we celebrate Shrove Tuesday and then we all had a turn at tossing a pancake. Sugar, Lemon, Golden Syrup and pancakes at the ready.
